Dr. Murid Javed is Director of ART Laboratories at
Thuriah Medical Center, Riyadh. He is certified Laboratory Director by
Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society. He is member of many
professional societies including ESHRE, ASRM and CFAS. His
professional carrier started in 1981 after obtaining Doctor of
Veterinary Medicine Degree. He chose the discipline of research in
Reproductive Physiology and since then he enjoys working in this
discipline. This was the time when ART was just beginning in human. In
1984, he obtained MSc Degree. In 1990, he earned PhD from Washington
State University, USA in Embryo Physiology. He had the opportunity to
complete his post doctorate at Kyoto University, Japan and University of
Georgia, USA. In 1997, he migrated to Canada and settled in
Toronto. In Oct 2015, he was selected as Director ART Laboratories at
Thuriah Medical Center. Dr. Javed has extensive research and clinical
experience in all aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology. The
topic of his talk is “IVF LAB ROLE & ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE
TECHNOLOGY”.
